Time passes, but u r still here, with no one else in sight

Hi dear absent reader !!
Yeh ghar maine banaya tha, aaj se do saal pehle, par isme ab tak mere siwa koi aur rehne nahin aaya...Partly because i've done nothing to announce its existence, and more perhaps coz its theme is Pakistan, old Indian films, etc.

I shall now change it, but a week or so later, not today. Kyon? Kyonki aaj and for the next few days another writing project has to be completed...

popular cinema as bridge between india & pakistan

I'm revising a paper for a conference on building bridges between the people of India & Pakistan. The popularity of Bollywood films in Pakistani homes is reportedly quite high. What I need are concrete examples of individual Pakistani viewers and their personal connection with a particular film. Their views/feelings about the story, the characters, the songs, of some Hindi/Urdu film [from Mumbai] or other.
